Today's report is black and white.The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.Comment

can we adjust teams to deal with last min transfers ?
when is the last date for final team ?

you can adjust your team anytime you want up to the first day of the season @ 10.30 am. @ no cost of points deduction.
there is no date for final team, even if you miss a few weeks of the season , but remember you will fall behind the leaders if you do that and will never catch up if you miss the first few weeks.
you can transfer any players at any time but the transfer wont start getting points untill the next gameweek. The more transfers you put in the more points deduction you will get.
small tip , try to only do 1 or 2 transfers a week. and look at the fixtures, look for the games you think will have loads of goals and adjust your team to suit.
also look to see if a team has more than 1 match that week, your player will get more points .. if you get my drift..
