I have to agree we looked better.. I think with our new found pace and energy with will win our next two games... Tighten up the back four, unleaseh Stering and the Ox with Barkley in the number 10 role behind Sturridge, i dont think there's room for Rooney any more due to his poor displays at the world cup... Wilshire in for henderson along side Gerrard... Come on England!!!

Having seen England improve I've just found out their star player is Jamaican. Looks like England will never win thew World Cup again. Gone are the days of playing for your country of birth. Once more pride in your country can take a back seat as long as someone somewhere is making money.

I think England needs to bench Welbeck. Bring in Wilshere or Milner to play next to Gerrard. Move Henderson to play the CAM. Play Sturridge as the lone striker down the middle with Sterling on the right and either Barkley or Rooney on the left. The formation need to be 4-2-3-1 and could be switched to a 4-4-2 by taking off the second holding mid and bringing on Lambert as a second striker.

Hodgson is an idiot. did he really think the same line up that played against Italy was good enough. Playing 3 strikers and a winger upfront is just stupid.
