    American Football

    I noticed that soccer/football is really popular (duh), but i wonder if anyone else enjoys american football. I'm getting excited about the new season coming up. Maybe the Lion's will make history again.

    Oh, and I think pro is better than college because the players are in pro longer, but college is sometimes more exciting since there's always so many upsets.

        THE TRUTH
        The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

        Today's report is black and white.The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
        The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

              I watch it on occasion. Definitely not "real" football but better than rugby in my opinion

                I play for the uni American Football team! A good sport, requires hours upon hours memorising and practicing the playbook. I watch when I can, but the games are 3 hours long so mostly I catch the high light shows. The Dolphins look good from last year, hopefully they will improve this season.

                    NFL = Awesome

                    Love the NFL, can't wait for everything to get rolling again!
                    Could go to anyteam this year. I'd imagine it'll b much the same as usual in terms of real contenders.

                    I reckon the darkhorse this year will be the Bills.

                    Can't believe Favre has come out of retirement again to play for the Vikings...Sacreligious!

                      That is the beauty of the NFL, any team can potentially win the championship! I havent followed it since last year, what do you think of the dolphins prospects this season?

                        Have you ever actually watched a full game. its not at all like rugby its far more skillful and there much more to it than most people this side of the atlantic realise. when you have been to america and watched a game first hand then you can have an opinion on it!

                        Rest of the wordl football is still the greatest sport in the world though!

                            Not sure with the Dolphins. These days you can never be sure with them, they're so hit and miss, though more miss in recent years!

                            Always tough in the AFC East, New England always seem to dominate and the other three tend to be as bad as each other!
