Yeah I remember we (the team I support, Leeds United) beat them 6 nil away in Turkey at one point when we were in the Champions League that year. Admittedly a while ago and admittedly a hell of a lot has changed since then but that's not the point, the point is it's the result that goes down in the record books, also the memories a little hazy but either way we battered them too and The Scum lost at home to them LOL - I only saw the end of the match so I know they got 5 mins of stoppage time, was this justified or was it the customary Fergie Time that happens every single time The Scum are losing, especially when it's a home tie....oh and it's nice to see a penalty call go against them for once at Old Trafford, the amount of dives that are given as penalties and general dodgy decisions like goals chalked off that are a foot over the line at their gaff is ridiculous. So it was nice to see one go against them that they should have had for once.....it's like I said, The Scum do not get nearly as much rub of the green in Europe as they do in England and that's why they win so many league's and cups and not that many European titles by comparison - it's because in the Premiership week after week they get advantages or crutches that the other teams around them do not get on a weekly basis, Fergie Time being just one of them. And The Scum are a more than capable team anyway, but that's why they win so many league titles is because they regularly get crutches from the referees and linesmen that the teams around them simply do not get. The Scum nearly always get the rub of the green in England, yet in Europe they don't and quite honestly it shows.

no Liverpool are alreadut no matter how much they win by or Lyon lose by. Liverpool lost and drew against Lyon, so if they finish level on points Lyon finish above. It doesn't go on goal difference it goes on the aggregate score between the two sides.
