i get pretty fcuked off when the mancs come into our thread and start gobbing it off.. i'm sure they think the same when comments like that are posted..

i have learned from bitter experience that all this does is lead to heated tit for tat exchanges which can turn nasty..

This should be a place where the Utd fans can talk without getting their ear bent..

I look at it like this.. would you go into a Utd pub and start mouthing that off.. No.. well i dont advise it here..

open threads are fair game but i think the Liverpool thread should be for Liverpool fans and the Utd thread for Utd fans..

If its a genuine comment then i think thats ok but if its for the sake of winding each other up i think it should be left..

personally i dont mind a bit of banter but i do agree at times it can get a bit tetchy between certain people and things can start getting a bit personal

i think if you give it out you should be able to take it which some people cant for me its fair game but i do agree sometimes it does go a bit too far

utd dont realy hit proper form till like october ish, derby day soon tho this should be intresting with all our neighbours mega rich spending spree, see wether they can take us on , but tho you nerver no what a derby day will throw up to them its there fa cup final if they beat utd thats all you hear about all season. i fancy united me 2 nil tho to give city the wake up call they need.

Personally speaking, I couldn't disagree more. This is a forum, it's a place for debate where you don't get battered for saying the wrong thing to the wrong person. I'm more than happy having scousers give us grief about our team, club, manager or players. If you got rid of the banter, it'd be boring. Who wants to go on a United thread where most people agree with each other? The Liverpool-United rivalry is the best thing about football.

I agree, it's not going to be easy. Liverpool will be going out with a point to prove and will be desperate to avoid 5 defeats in a row. I think the commentator on ITV (Tuesdays match) said it will be the first time in 56 yeears that they'll have lost 5 in a row. Nobody wants that record.

Agree 100% there m8, the Pool are in a right mess and are a wounded animal at the moment, and you know what they say about wounded animals??
when all is said and done the pool are still only 7pts off the top, and will be looking to put recent results behind them starting on Sunday.
Still, i don't think United will take anything for granted after what happened last year in the head to head games.
Though I'll be obviously hoping for a win my prediction is 1-1
