Owen Hargreaves announced today that if he gets another long term injury he will quit the game. Lets hope when he comes back in the next month he will be better and stronger than ever (altough I can't see him returuning to his best form in the near future) and lets hope that he doesn't get another bad knock because he seems to be very prone to them.

massive shame for him, he was great when we won champ league he was perfect for european games. im the same would be delighted for the team and him as person if he was to come back.... but i just cant see it been to long and alot of it will be a mental issue "what if i go into that tackle etc". he will be pushing the pain barrier every time he plays.

id be more than happy for you to go down but not bust i hope you get something sorted we are in a similar situation ourselves so i have sympathy with everything thats gone on and hopefully you find some decent owners who dont just want to screw the club for every penny they can get

hope hargreaves is ok he has been a big miss and one of the reasons we won the CL in 2008 i also think he was one of the main reasons we lost it in 2009

not sure if he will ever be back to his best though after two years out
