Ok back to football for now...
I was utterly disapointed in liverpool yesterday, we were weak and bottled it.
But we are 4 points off 4th, in a cup final and already knocked you out of another cup. In his first full season kenny is doing fine.
EVERY manager has signings that fail, fergie has had plenty so has every other top manager...sure downing is shit and kenny got alot wrong yesterday but its just one game and its how you come back that is important. Learning from our mistakes is important.
We did beat you 2 weeks ago, nobody was calling for his head then......nobody is calling for it now.
Public apology? Dont be silly, a handshake would have been enough.I have to say....i'm really happy to see some good posts from sgerrad
and for me....the blame lies with KING KENNY. it's simple, player found guilty of racism - admitted it and received his punishement. KING KENNY should've asked him to make a public apology. end of!!
but instead he says the FA still got it wrong....what a @@@@!!!
Kenny should have insisted he shook his hand, and nobody knows if he did or didnt yet. Kenny always puts the club before any one player so i think suarez had agreed to shake his hand but then stupidly changed his mind.
"possibly" based on that evra didnt really offer his hand and had it withdrawn slightly, or maybe surez just didnt want to......but fcuk it suarez should have been the bigger man, seeked his hand and just moved onLast edited by sgerrard; 12 February, 2012, 11:40.Comment

Ok if i was accused of being a racist and found guilty and banned and then i faced my accuser, These are the scenarios i would face.
The first is, i am guilty but deny it. I would shake my accusers hand to show it was a misunderstanding and no one would know the thruth except me.
Then there is, i know i'm innocent, yet i've been accused of being a racist, i'm not a racist and i won't accept being called one, so why should i shake the hand of a man who has tarnished me for life in the eyes of the world.
and finaly, i am a racist and i refuse to shake the hand of someone i despise, i'm a racist and i admit it so why should i pretend?
Which scenario does Loiuis fit into?
if innocent why no appeal????
i think i would have appealed if i was convicted of something i didnt do woulnt you??
i dont believe he is racist but you cant call a spade a spade in the modern world
it was a football wind up designed to provoke and either get a man sent off or put him off his game i said when it happened is there any difference in calling a black man a ni**er than calling wayne roone a fat ~~~~er ??
i dont think so a fat persons feelings can be hurt in the same manner the meaning is the same it is designed to cause offence
i dont think there is a major problem in football with racism and i dont think the likes of terry ect are racist but they have used the terms to cause offence but this isnt acceptable in the modern game
its all been blew up over the top and suarez had a chance to draw a line he never and it rumbles onComment

The League means more to me mr gerrard, those 3 points are nice to get off LFC and it makes it better mr Rooney bagging them 2 goals "yesterday", how great it feels to be a UTD fan today and top of the League makes me feel even better. Hey mr gerrard good luck in the facup BTW. Does it hurt?
