little better second half we didnt seem to sit as far back had a few good chances to counter but were pretty wastefull with the ball

still had chances to win though suprised van pepsi didnt score i was suprised he stopped too when his scuffed shot was trickling in

1-1 away is a good result you could see mourinho was frightened of another away goal

cannot see real madrid not scoring at ot though

    a win is needed methinks

if MUFC score early doors at OT, think they will win it Madrid's defense looks very suspect,

1-1 is an ok score coming from there last night, just got to work hard at home now. D de Gea showed all his doubters last night at how good of a gk he is, the lad done great. Welbeck great footballer just needs to finish more goals. WTF the ref blowing before we took the corner, bring on the next game.

He made 1 cracking save the rest were routine he still missed every cross and why the **** he used his feet for that i do not know

Shot stopping on the whole is excellent but he is a little unorthodox makes strange decisions with balls he could catch and is a liability still at crosses

3-4 year he may sort that side of his game out hes got potential no doubt

Btw i was well pissed with ref blowing i fancied us to nick a goal last ten min but as you say 1-1 not worst result but i fancy madris to score at OT so i think the away goal may get cancelled

in a way i would have preffered us to get beat 2-1 or 3-2 as we always play great at home if we have something to chase we fly out the blocks and get at teams

at 1-1 we will probably play the same defensive and try and counter but you cant counter if you keep dropping to deep you just invite pressure with no get out

Great result last night,, a priceless away goal de gea 3 fantastic saves welbeck MOTM imo. Thought the team were brill except for raval he was like a loose cannon in the f/h but settled down in the s/h rvp should have won it for us and ronaldo's goal class how does he manage to leap that high the power he hit it wit his head amazing.

Hope so cant see them not scoring to be honest so i just hope we dont sit back and try and hit them on the break or we will probably go out in the 87th minute or something similar

We need a different game plan to wednesday id play hernandez up front with persie and have both rooney and wellbeck right and left so if we are pegged back like wednesday we have pace up front to chase when we get the ball too many times wednesday we had nobody to pass to and either got dispossesed or wasted the ball cos there was nobody to pass too we were all coming right back in our own half

I think there defense is very vunerable we should try and make the most of it and not give them too much respect
