If someone comes in to buy them how do you think they will finance the deal???? Not with their own money!!
They'll do what everyone (barring Man City) does, which is to take a loan out and secure that against the club...now considering they're already ?700M+ in debt already, any package (if it's even possible to create one in the current climate) will have such a high interest rate, that you'll soon be looking past the ?1bn mark!
I suppose they could try and cut costs if they're going to save some money...not flying off to Qatar for 1 week's worth of training when it gets slightly cold outside may help towards that!Comment
