tonight gerrard elbows brown on back of head, could be construed as a sending off offence, espn claim ref spoke to both players but thought it was just a coming together of said players,do you think fa will intervene.because in my opinion if he escapes punishment he will be lucky.

referee dealt with the incident at the time.. the FA won't step in..
some you get away with, some you dont.. stupid by Gerrard as we were 3-0 up and cruising..
He was taken off less than a minute later..

Brown knocked over Gerrard in the box in the 1st half.. now it was one of those penalty shouts that some refs give and some don't.. Brown started mouthing off that Gerrard had dived.. Basically it was a bit of retribution..
Lucky boy indeed.. if you watch the incident again though Brown raises his rear arm towards Gerrard who then forearm smashes him in the skull..
Brown deliberately cut across his run and impeded him which is a cast iron yellow card in itself..
Basically if you play with fire you will get burnt..Comment
