You were unlucky mate. You are still the best side in the world in many peoples eyes and the football you team plays is a joy to watch...apart from the bit of diving..

Inter played the Italian way and it worked out for them. Better luck next yr, though I was looking foward to seeing Barca win the Cup in Madrid!

I think Barca Bayern would have been a great final.

                  Yes mate.

He was the first manager of a none lantin club to win the European Cup. He won the cup with a team who's players were all born within 30 miles of their football club.

He also was the first manager to win 9 league championships in a row and one of only 4 managers to win the quadruple (you will know who another is!)

He was Celtic's & Scottish football's greatest ever manager.

All the best Maffi for this weekend!

I can't see it happening, but it would be a travisty if Barca don't win it.

Stein was immense as a manager and I am blue through and through. Dont mind admitting a shed a tear the day he passed away.

Mind you Mhatty the club shat on him from a very great height given that they never even had the common decency to offer him a position on the Board. He surely deserved that given what he had done for your club?

Very interested to know who the the other 3 managers were that won a quadruple given that most countries dont even have two cup competitions?

You're spot on there pal. I don't mind admitting it, but until fairly recent times we have been run no better than a sunday league team! & now the tic board are so arrogant they think they are running Barclays ~~~~in back or something!!

It's Pep at Barca, The special one at Porto & who ever managerd Ajax when they won all 4 in 1973..??
