It needs to be de regulated a bit or there will be no overtaking at all. The drivers will get to know who they can trust and who they can't.

Senna used to be worse and he thought he had the divine right!!

          ...
if he will realize the time is gone - will be a legend.
if not - will be a money runner ...

Ferrari checked with Charlie Whiting 3 times about whether they had to give the place back. It took 15mns for them to decide by which time Kubica was out of the race.
They wanted to clarify it because they thought it was an unavoidable consequence rather than an illegal pass.

            Have a read of this:

Ferrari were not given immediate order to allow Kubica through G-Force – A Formula 1 Blog

And have a look at this pic:

Now to me that looks like he is marginally ahead before Kubica forces him off the track.
The Alonso penalty was far too harsh.
Alonso was in the wrong there, he should of realised and given the position back immediately.. as you say, 15 mins later, Kubica wasn't on the track so the place couldn't be given back. So what options do the FIA have?
And before you say I am an anti Alonso,. I will tell ya, I am..
He is a cheating back stabbing cry baby of a racer.. no regard for team mates whatsoever, was a nasty bassad to Hamilton with the waiting in the pits business, and nasty more than once to Massa. Overtaking him in the pit lane entrance. etc.

And you forgot to mention all the times he's blown off on the radio to try and get other drivers a penalty!!

I think that Michael Schumacher lost credibility with the dangerous maneuver on Rubens. A champion like him should not behave like that!

He's always behaved like that. To be a champion you have to be ruthless. That's why he won so many and the gentleman driver Sir Stirling Moss did not!

Agreed!! It's a sport where you need 100% focus on winning and nothing elsematters. The one that is like that at the moment more than anyone else is Seb Vettel.

I think next year Schumacher will be back to winning again if the car is competetive. Or maybe he'll go back to Ferrari if the issues there aren't addressed.

Now think of that!!! Schumacher and Alonso... Hehehehe

although I couldn't see that ever happening as Alonso would never agree

I can't see it happening, but it would be good to see Alonso upset about sharing his toys.
