Your spot on there Maxi. I remember when we were broke in the 90's, did Rangers let us off & give us a chance? No, they built from a position of strength & kept there foot firmly on our neck..

As for Lennon, impossible to say how well he will do as a manager, he's a very strong personality and very passionate about Celtic, that for me is enough to get him through the early part of his career, while he gains experience. I'm delighted the Celtic board have gave him his chance, and am hopeful he'll go on to prove that choice to be a very decent one in the long term.

The fixation on Celtic losing a 2 goal advantage ignores the fact that Lenny got a poor bunch of players into a winning vein last season, finishing with 8 league wins on a trot, something an experienced manager like Mowbray failed to do ! He's also unbeaten in the league this season, and until the Europa league disaster, had the team playing decent football, he's made some decent signings and will I'm sure have a say in where the SPL title goes this season.

I think we all know how many times fiver has been to watch is second club (his first being rangers). The excuse is that he can't get a ticket...

But you can't slag off the EPL mate on here..!! THE BEST LEAGUE IN THE WORLD EVER!!! Two team league never!!!! well, it never is at the start of the season when we hear that it's going to be the year the Arsenal team mature, or Liverpool have found the missing piece of the jigsaw & it's "our year." & this time we have City's millions that's going to win the league. Who will be there at the end of the season? Man U & Chelsea.
