Unbelievable thing is that only 12 have been jailed.

Living in Scotland you will have heard about the draconian measures being taken to stop Rangers fans or for that United fans causing trouble in the champs league game in Manchester.. For those who don't know it includes busing Rangers fans (club members only get tickets) to Wigans stadium to pick up their tickets where they will be held until they are then bused directly to old trafford & escorted into the stadium - which is the only time they will be allowed in Manchester.

I understand the concerns of Manchester police, but to be fair these draconian measures punish the majority of decent fans for the bad behaviour of the minority. Totally disagree with the way Rangers fans are being treated as the vast majority are decent football fans who wish to enjoy the occasion of their clubs champs league games.

TBH any fan who reguarly goes to away games when it involves 2 big teams will be well used to being ~~~~ed around.. Liverpool fans remain inside Old Trafford for 1hr after the final whistle..

England is pushing for the 2018 world cup so the FA can't afford to have any trouble really inside one of their grounds.

Any Rangers fans who thought they'd get the 'run' of Manchester after what happened last time must have been dreaming..

I just hope the same happens in reverse as the last time Maure were up here for a friendly at Ibrox their fans ran riot down Paisley Road West.
