    World's Best XI

Just a bit of fun as it's the end of the year, I thought it would be interesting to get peoples thoughts on there 'World XI' teams? Maybe have some subs as well eh? I'll start it off with the traditional 442.

    1. Cesar (Bra)

    2. Ramos (Spa) - Maicon got showed up by Bale, I see Ramos as a better defender.

    3. Lahm (Ger) - Can play left or right back, consistant and captained country well in world cup.

    4. Pique (Spa) - Good reader of the game and calm on the ball, just gets in ahead of Ferdinand.

    5. Luisao (Bra) - A leader with pace, skill and good in the air.

    6. Iniesta (Spa)

    7. Ronaldo (Por)

    8. Xavi (Spa) - Sneijder is unlucky, but who can argue with the 2 Barca players in centre mid.

    9. Villa (Spa)

    10. Messi (Arg)

    11. Roben (Hol) - Gets in on the left just ahead of Bale, but give Bale another year..

On the bench I've got;- Bale, Ferdinand, Rooney, Sneijder, Drogba, Schweinsteiger, Casillas

i wouldnt really disagree with you too much tbh i would have had maicon myself but your right he went down a bit in my estimation after the played spurs but i dont think a couple of poor games makes a bad player

centrehalf maybe not pique as we kept johnny evans instead of him i think inury free and at the top of his game ferdinand is right up there

i would definately go with Evra though at left back

Aye, I think a fit Ferdinand is truely world class, he has everything a modern day centre half should have.

Evra is a great player and is up there in my top 5 left backs, but for me he went backwords slightly last yr, especially looking at his performances for France. He was also a tw*t when France knocked Ireland out..
