Time Travel Possible?

Why is everyone talking about the past? why not travel to the future? I'd rather see the year 2100 or something

Time travel into the future is possible, its very simple build a spaceship that can travel nearly the speed of light, travel away from the earth for 5 years then come back round trip 10 years, if you were twenty when you left you would be 30 now but 50,000 years would have passed on earth, you are in the future.

I just build a time machine that can travel to the future but It only travel one day at a time only....
it is called a BED where i sleep now and i wake up tomorrow

But you can not reach the 1st of September 2015 before all of us. If you can, you will be time travelling. If you can't, you will just be waiting to see what the 1st of September 2015 will be like!

We all travel in time as it is - or is that time always travels past us, since we cannot change the fact that we are moving forwards in time?. 1st September 2015 is the future and yes you will travel to it, in 3 days, so travelling into the future is normal for everyone, and everything on the planet. As such the only current issues are travelling backwards and moving forwards faster than the rest of the planet - to us at least.

Time travel is not possible because the future does not exist. We make our future. Imagine that someone from the future goes back in time to kill your grandparents. Then, you will not be here today. But you have a car. What would happen to your today's car? Will disappear?

Time is only of relevance to those who want or need to measure it. I doubt animals even know it exists really, apart from the very odd white rabbit that was late in the weird drugged out world of Charles Lutwidge Dodgson. It's only really humans who give a damn about time and measure it because it matters to them. Animals on the other hand don't measure time, that we know of, so don't bother whether something was, such as food, was here yesterday or tomorrow, all they know is it's here now and so eat while it is. If they did bother they might reply to this thread

It's not really time traveling to the future right? it's more like aging slower and perception. I believe the faster you go, time slows down but stays relatively the same for other like on earth? That sounds plausible, but to the past? nope don't think so.
