The whole time travel thing is just a dream, and most of us lived it up watching back to the future... I think they covered most things most of us would try...

and if you still want to explore more, I guess you have your dreams.... anyone here know how to lucid dream or if it's even real ?

      Time travel

Just the name "time travel" is a misnomer. Travel implies going from one place to another-time transfer is closer, but still implies movement. It is hard to get past that rate x the time, you end up with distance. Time shift would have to be transdimensional, or better yet, to be in a certain place to see everything at once, eternity in both directions. The closest I have seen to a description of something like that is John in the book of Revelation.

Kinda makes you want to duct tape your head to hold it together.

        Hello,

If time travel exists this means that you can travel to the past and to the future!

So, if you can travel to the past/future (depending on which referencial we're talking), then time travel already exists at our present time

For those o didn't understood, if time travel exists, that means that someone from the future can travel to it's past and reach our present! OK?

I am not saying that it's possible or impossible I just want to confuse you more

        Regards!

Did it help? Push Thanks below

I don't understand, How can you travel to the future..

Scrap that.. I have a machine and decide i want to go to December 2012.. I end up at the correct time and discover that nothing is there except buildings etc.. Would it mean the people in the past are still in the past??

Surely traveling forward would be pointless because the people you visit would know you have time traveled forward and wouldn't be interested in what you have to say because technically you are from the past and they already know what you are going to say..

he also stated that reaching the speed of light would be impossible as it would require infinite fuel in order to overcome increased mass.
however, einstein didn't count on the invention of the flux capacitor which only requires a speed of 88mph.
he also didn't count on sam becket who discovered that time travel was possible simply by doing a few stretches in a bright, smoky chamber

well how much 'help' was he really?
he actively encouraged sam to change history.
                        this is reckless behaviour.
we all saw the consequences when biff tannen changed history in back to the future 2

a very good response to a pretty pish poor post by me

reckless??? he did help the good (biff did not)

and he stopped miscarraiges of justice along the way and then met a bartender who "might " be god ...

                          awaiting your more superior reply

yes he stopped miscarriages of justice and did a lot of good work but he was coerced into doing so by his reckless friend.
al exploited sams swiss-cheesified brain to meet his own criteria regardless of whether it was a good deed or not.

lets say sam saves the life of a teenage boy and then that teenage boy grows up, marries and has kids.
while, on one hand, this is a good deed, on the other it means that the boy the girl would have married instead is miserable and perhaps laer commits suicide as a result of this 'good deed.

                            No, Al... NO!

i actually worked on the lhc at cern last year making the beam screens (the passageways that the protons are being wizzed around inside of)
have got a piece of it with the cooling tubes, contact ring and sliding rings if anyone is intersted in it.
