We've all heard the various doomsday predictions doing the rounds on the internet and I, for one, find them most entertaining.
While some posters are clearly complete f**kwits, there are plenty of posts that are more interesting. Particularly since the authors of these posts have clearly spent a lot of time and effort researching and applying their pseudo-science.

Whilst doing my usual Google-goggling, I came across this article that was published in Popular Science Monthly magazine in October 1936.
It will certainly be of interest to those who subscribe to the Nibiru or Nemesis theories.
