Today's report is black and white.The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'. -

Popular television physicist Professor Brian Cox has suggested differential friction could explain it: the two differing surface of stone, that of the statue and the glass shelf that it lies on causes subtle vibrations which then causes the statue to turn.
Other experts have suggested that the vibrations caused by the footsteps of passing visitors could cause the statue to turn.
Mr Price though is not convinced. He said: "It has been on those surfaces since we have had it and it has never moved before. And why would it go around in a perfect circle?***8221;
