Hello DK, back in 2007 i would get sleep paralysis and after about 7 or more seconds everything would go back to normal. It started happening more and more often. I would say over 100 days of this happening to me that year. Some say it is a sleep disorder/issue or possibly mental, but I believe it is spiritual. I remember that same year , around 02:00 - 03:30 in the morning I was laying on my back, arms to the side, face towards the ceiling. All of a sudden I woke up and I see a discolored young woman with long hair and a dress leaning over and looking me straight in the eyes. It looked so real, when I tried to touch they instantly moved back and faded away.There have also been other occurrences of this same woman but in different parts of my room.When I moved from that house I have not experienced anything like that afterwards. I would also like to know if you believe it is a health related issue or spiritual.
