Will I lose my contacts? Switching from Moto Cliq to Iphone 4?

I'm new to the iOS system and now that I'm transferring from Android to there, I'm curious if I will lose my contacts. Can any experienced Apple users explain??

If you do manage to keep your contacts going from android to iphone. I'm sure your lose them going from one room to another with your fruit

sync them to outlook with your moto software then sync them back out with itunes.
