Is there a guide on how to put Android apps from my pc onto my tablet i've bought, the tablet is a cheap one from China for my daughter and i've got alot of games sitting on my pc that i downloaded from Usenet, any help would be great.

plug tablet into pc with usb cable, mount it (on droid screen), drag and drop apk files.. OR put them onto sd card from pc and put sd card into tabletFave replies from various threads

When you connect tablet, check the tablet screen to make sure you allow to copy files to and from sd, the option says something like mount SD.
Also make sure in the settings page under applications you allow install of non-market apps!
