X92 Media box . How to get out of restrictive mode

hi lads
have any of ye managed to get out of this problem with a android box .
you go into the security settings and enter a 4 digit code . as a parent with kids you want to be able to block viewing of any restricted items .

when i did this with the X92 media box it then entered restrictive profile . even when i enter the new security code nothing happens .

is there a way of getting out of this with out holding in the factory reset button . is there any X92 media box owners on this forum .

hi lads just to give ye a up date .

the lad i got the x92 from had to contact his contacts in china ref how to deal with this . i showed them video footage of me entering my security code but the box not responding to it . instructions were for me to factory reset the box . snag is this . if you factory reset you wipe out your iptv . depending on who your supplier is they could easily say thats your tuff . i was lucky , the chinese got me to reinstall iview and with the new code on iview after been reinstalled , they then with in 24 hrs had matched the old code to the new code so i got my iview sub back .
very impressed with the x92 as it can also play latest kodi 17.3 .
with the x92 do not change any setting or enter any code number and don't factory reset . other than that the box is very good .

just avoid changing anything in the restricted profile section or else you could be locked out .

avoid making those changes lads . your x92 box will work away okay then .
