The repo u are looking for is metalkettle and after installing it on kodi install the addon IPTV stalker and u are there on the first install when you go into it the wheel will turn for a long time so make sure u don't get timed out leave it and it will work after that it starts quick
in kodi search for

http://kodi.metalkettle.co

save it as
IPTV

install the zip file which u named IPTV
goto addons
find the metalkettle repo and from it install IPTV stalker just wait for it to install and u are there have fun everyone with this any problems let me know if I don't answer fast it is because I am working but I will answer when I come back on line
