Nokia C 2 won't receive network provider's messages

My Nokia C 2 android smartphone was working fine till previous system update, it itself (screen network provider's messages). I can receive messages from any other contacts but not from my service provider. Gone through all possible settings but that won't work. What can be the cause or solutions. Thanks.

download the rom firmware and install with odin ... it should work then..
