Hi all, got this HTC wildfire i need to unlock anyone have a way of doing this myself for free or do have have to take it the shop or pay online. Thing is i slipped up and thought it was new when buying off fleebay only to find out it's about 15 months old so the cost of unlocking will hurt even more thanks to all.

If you're willing to root the phone you can unlock it for free. But it won't be a permenant solution, kind of like jailbreaking an iphone to unlock it....only without limiting your choice of updates as you do with the iphone.
Other than that it will be either a shop or on-line purchase for a permenant unlock.Canker
