At a guess our newbie has flashed a HTC HD2 Windows phone with either GB or ICS, which is possible.
But something went wrong.......

Can you still get to boot rom? Volume down & power.
If you can still access the boot rom then it could be recovered. If you can't then it could now be a door stop.
I don't have the info or time to read up on the process. But there is a well known site that has a section just for the HD2 Android. If you get no further help here PM me & I'll send you a link.Canker
