Hello just wondering if anyone knows of a good app that automatically keeps recalling a number until someone picks up?

Doesn't your network offer 'Ring Back'?
On Talk Talk (I think), if the line is busy you press the number 5 & then hang up. When the line is free & the person answers it will put them on hold & call you back. I'm sure most, if not all, the networks offer the service.
