right i need help im trying to unlock a galaxy ace and it tells me to update from sd card and i dont see how i do that i would be very greatful for a little help thanks ps im using ns pro

I think you have to root the phone first. Not used nspro for a while so could be wrong.

Nspro should work without root and should not mess up imei, but I would be inclined to root and make imei backup just incase

In the early days of Samsung Android unlocking, nspro just ripped off the root unlock solution.

Not sure now as it's been a while since I used it.

Why not have a look in their support forum. You can access it from the support tab on the program.

Which galaxy ace is it as they vary a lot on how you root them.
