It's pretty pointless these days comparing specs, as every phone has a unique ownership experience whilst vastly changes depending on your own relationship with the OS.

Certainly looks like a good phone. Importantly has 4G and I think with Motorola now being owned by Google, they'll be working hard on making sure you get what you want out of a phone (using all the data they collect).
Prices, I'm unsure of. Worth checking with your favourite network as they usually subsidise the price by locking it.
