help puk blocked on me phone how to sort

hi to one and all ive got the dreaded {PUKBLOCKED }SHOWING ON MY PHONE CAN YOU PLEASE HELP TO GET MY PHONE TO WORK IE IS IT {IS IT MY SIM CARD THATS LOCKED OUT IF SO WHATS EASY WAY OF SORTING THIS OUT ALL HELP APPREICIETED

The PUK is for the SIM card lock. There's nothing wrong with the phone.

Call the network & they will supply you with the PUK code for that SIM.

Just re-read what you posted. It's to late for a PUK code, you need a new SIM

Hi call your operator they should give you the puk. after you enter puk it will ask fornew code and then repeat .but dont put same code put different

The PUK is blocked so cannot be reset.

You can't enter the same PIN as was used before, the SIM will not allow it.
