    Can anyone let me know where I can download the latest version of Jelly Bean 4.3 for the S4 Please.

      the only version out at the moment might be a custom rom from a devolper site that is if your phone has been rooted, otherwise officialy it has not been relaesed as yet.
      from what i have read google are having a press day on the 24/7/13 regaurding the new nexus 7 tablet and also jelly bean 4.3 release.
      so you might have to wait till samsung do a ota update.

          Just found this site, not sure if you've checked it yourself but there is a link to download the 4.3 rom the page also has instructions on how to flash the new rom.
