hi folks bought a cubot p9 android phone its ok at home under wifi but as soon as i go out and about nothing no 3g not a sniff even though its a 3g phone and in settings 3g is switched on also it is dual sim normal sim and micro sim ? i have tried normal sim slot now im,e gona try the micro sim slot to see if that picks up 3g anybody any ideas ?

hi @scotty1965, I just bought the white cubot p9 at TD and encountered the same problem you mentioned above, I've tried many solutions on the web but failed, finally It worked simply as I reboot my phone and hope it works for you.

Have you contacted your network for the access settings. You will probably have to manually install them as I don't think any UK network supports that phone.

I've just bought this phone, had the same problem. popped into my network shop and they manually put in the apn it now works a treat.
