looking for a way to fix daughters ace.its froze on load screen goes as far as load screen ( samsung ) tried volume up-home and power buttons,to load reset screen.tried clear cache and system reset.but still on load screen.might have to take to phone repair shop.

A full reset would remove all apps and data from your phone, yes (not anything installed to external memory). However, the most important files can be easily backed up using Kies, or Google/Samsung backup for certain things.
if its not booting beyond that its hardware mate bring it to shop

yep it wont work with reset etc.still wont go past samsung logo.i have odin..but cant get the gingerbread apps to instal..just go to shop i think.only 15 tokens.Comment
