can anyone help me sim unlock a Samsung galaxy s1
try to get a few programmes for it so can unlock but none seem to work for me

I don't know of anyone here that has access to the Samsung database. Other than a Root solution you will need to pay for a code. They're cheap enough on ebay

1.Take a look at the settings, learned anything in the settings menu, especially the call settings.
2. Please try to check with this trick : *#*#7378423#*#* or *#*#4636#*#* , this action for check your software, hardware , function, application etc.

Be careful with *# codes. Use the wrong ones & your IMEI will be wiped, blocking the phone from all networks.

It is possible but a bit more info is needed, device type, kernel, rooted...etc. and as Canker_canison said be carefull using the codes, backing up your imei settings is not a bad idea before trying to unlock

If you have a early galaxy s device you should look in google play store for app called Galaxy_S unlock by Helroz. Have seen it work on several devices, might take more then one try but it does work on the early devices that are not updated yet
