Sony Xperia Play R800i upgrade Gingerbread to Jelly Bean firmware

Hi can anyone advise on how to complete this upgrade?

My phone is unlocked for all networks.

In service menu my I found that Bootloader unlock option is No
I tried to enter fastboot to unlock it and I can't
The phone is switched off and by holding search button or menu button and then plugin usb all I get is the green light and not blue.
What an I doing wrong?

I have got flash tool and installed the relevant drivers

Can any guru help?
