htc wont unlock help

I have a HTC one x locked to orange
...tried at least 4 unlock codes which was the same from all 4 sellers on eBay..yet it never got unlocked?...phone totally original , never modded or rooted...why wont bit unlock.?..I tried with different Sims other then orange, ie, Vodafone, T-Mobile, o2; giff gaff

The database is either out of date or the formula has been changed.

It will be easier to contact Orange.

LOL ive unlocked quite a few HTC's and the site is a bit dodgy to say the least you just need to persevere
what software are you using to do it ?
as theres a few out there
have a go yourself

you need to use third party software or know a bit about fastboot cmds

hi mate - im not very good at unlocking mate, not that techy, im not using any software, just bought codes off ebay and took it to local shops apparently its got some newer technology, whatevr that means,if you can assisst id be greatful, if not then im gonna have to sell the damm thing, shame really as its a brand new phonw..

The new tech part is the bootloader. Have you tried contacting Orange yet? Not that I'd expect them to be helpful.
