hey i have a samsung galaxy ace 2 iv bought for my partner she is on orange network iv put the sim card in and it says emergancy service or it does get signal but when i ring for instance 450 it ends call straight away iv checked imei and it says it is not blacklisted i looked through mobile network connection to manually pick the network and i notice vodaphone uk t-mobile uk o2 uk 3 uk is the only ones there orange is not there iv tryed a diffrant simcard a o2 but same results there anyone know a way to get orange on there?

It sounds like it's blocked. Easiest way to check is to call Orange & get them to check the blacklisting.
