HTC one mini M4 touch not working after screen replacement

HI Guys, After replacing the full lcd and digitizer on the htc one mini. Powerd on but it will not respond to any touch. Volume buttons work and power button. Back or home do not. I preformed a full restore and recovery but still the same. Any solution or help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a cable has not been re-attached properly OR one could have pulled out of it's socket as you closed up the phone.
I would say take it apart again and check all cables for breaks/cuts etc and ensure they seat firmly when you put screen back on.

As I took apart the phone the power button came off and I can't seem to attach it. Is there a technique for this ie glue of some kind??

I've never taken the model of phone apart that you are having issues with.
Personally I would try a tiny blob of superglue, just make sure it's fully cured BEFORE you switch the phone back on or it could short circuit.
