sky go on S5

any idea why i cant get sky go working on a brand new samsung S5?

the phone is supported for skygo so what is the exact problem you are having.

its saying sorry this device is not currently supported, cant understand why it wont work.

the link will take you to the skygo page for supported devices which shows the galaxy S5 in the list of samsung phones, the only issue is that at the moment it will not run on a phone with android v5.
check you phone for the version it is running if its v5 then you will have to wait until they update the app........Sky Help: Sky Go supported devices

what a pain! works on the other halfs phone which is as old as the hills, latest model no joy, are sky and apple in some sort of collusion together. my software version is 4.4.4 though, not 5, feeling a bit ****in ripped off to be honest, was one of the main reasons for choosing the phone.
