error on android 4.4

hi guys, ok please be paitant with me with this one as I dont know mutch about thses phones, my wife bought this phone off the bay a while ago and all has been well up until a couple of days ago, what happend is the phone has deleloped a fault and when she turns it on and tryes to txt or phone it says.

cooee launcher 54.please uninstall but when u try to unistall it wont let u just says unable to unistall this program, so if anyone knows what this could be and also a way to fix it would be great.

Apparently some sites list Coee launcher as a Trojan, other sites say the warning is a false positive.
But this info was found on another site, it may work -------

To disable Cooee without root: Hook it up to your computer. Turn on USB storage. Go into the phone through your computer and search for the cooee folder. Replace EVERY FILE with an empty fake. Especially the payment.jar, Downloader.jar, and Shellservice.jar.

Hope you get somewhere with the info.

Another way to get rid of it is to do an over the air o/s update if one is available for your phone.
