My friends s4 stopped working one day so she gave it to me to see if i could repair it. The lights at the bottom come on and makes sound when turning on and rings but screen is blank. It was not water damaged or dropped but thought the screen packed in so tried another screen but still the same. Cant factory reset it or update due to screen. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Flash it with odin with orginal firmware. Then retry.If i helped.... please dont forget to press the THANKS + REP buttons .
