Hi could someone point me in direction of a fix every time I open google on my phone a pop up pops up first or an app wanting me to install I have to clear it all and open google 2nd time to work is there something I could download to fix thanks in advance

Try going into settings in your browser and enabling pop up blocker.

Ok, I'm a bit late to this party... But if it's more persistent go to the App manager & wipe the cache & data from the browser app. It will mean losing all bookmarks, but it resets the browser to initial startup.
