Moto can't make calls or texts

Can anybody help please can't make or receive calls or texts but can go on the internet ok. Is the phone blocked etc? Bought it off gumtree

Since nobody else has answered... Yes, it has been blocked.

Never buy mobile phones from Gumtree (a.k.a Sticky Fingers) or Facebook. Both are nothing more than good old fashioned 'fencing' sites for stolen or damaged beyond repair mobile phones.
