    hello can anyone tell me it is possible to run windows app into android ?

      no you can open some .exe files but not install them and run them unless anybody can correct me

      Also what do you need device to do as im sure someone has android app for that ?

          sajeel is right - you can run only some of the exe's on android. So basically answer to your question is no.
