samsung s4 mini too many pattern attempts

hello, my kid played with my mobile device samsung s3 mini and now i get this message on it too many pattern attempts
to unlock sign in with your gmail account but i dont remember having one
what to do in order to fix it without loosing data?
I dont have a backup pin either
