Hello I have a S5 active phone. Problem is it won't update to latest firmware. install keeps failing at 32%. I want to manually install the firmware. Where does Android download the firmware file to the phone. Do i need the phone rooted to see this. Does anyone have a copy of Android 6.01 marshmallow? Can't stand that cell phone providers and makers have control over a phone you own.
