Hi, do you just want to change your company or is it in negative band?

and if it is negative, you can only do it through a repair box.

I guess you should go to the nearest center in order to fix it. I used to have an Alcatel Flash Plus 2 but these are different units so I don't have an idea on how to unlock it. Here is a youtube tutorial hoping it can help.
