My samsung galaxy j7 2015 data network disappears for around 5 minutes before coming back. I have done a factory reset but no success. Help needed

If it's not carrier related network problem my best advice: sell it.
W/o a test station with a femtocell (like Aeroflex) a factory network repair manual, good oscilloscope and a skilled technican it's impossible to solve this kind of problems.Sir, are you classified as human? Negative, I am a meat popsicle
