Not possible to generate, you have to buy it from a codebroker or read out directly from the phone.
They using a random code generator on both level including Freeze codes when finalizing the phones with imei, locks and network calibrations data. All random codes stored in a database in korea. It depends the region usually 1-2 month the local databases are syncronized with the korean servers.
